Vaders_3.0R Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 Hey folks, So I am quickly approaching the 100k mark on my 09 3.0R and was curious what others suggest for high mileage NA maintenance I should do to avoid future issues. So quick facts about the car. Current odo is ~92k Spark plugs changed at ~80k Transmission and diff fluids changed at ~60k (doing another change soon) Oil always changed at 3-4k intervals by dealer Stock motor besides K&N filter Always use 91 octane and 99% time its chevron Thanks for the input all!
