RustyRuu
hey guys, i finally got my block to a machine shop and it was surprisingly ok. even with cylinder wall scuffing/scratching/scoring. they hooned it out and said it was still within spec and still round to reuse the pistons. rods were strait and also within spec to use a standard size bearing. no oversized parts are going to be needed is what i was told. so my question is what bearing to get. i probably know the answer. and that is that oem is the best. ACL bearings like to spin. and anything else is garbage if i plan to keep the car for a while. i just need to hear this from someone else though since i cant make decisions for myself.
