ttscooks10 Posted November 21, 2015 Share Posted November 21, 2015 hi,my son has a 90 legacy 2.2.the pulley for the alt and ps came loose and chewed up the pulley and the key for it.we pulled the serpentine pulley off the crank so we could change the key.the crank turned while we were getting the pulley off.we got the timing marks all at the top,the key at the top , and put the belt on.tried to start it but only cranks over and wont fire .could the timing be 180 or 360 degrees off?thanx for any help?tim. I thinking the timing is off. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it.
