ponchohome
I run 235/45/18 and needed to install the space saver to drive 5 kms, 135/80/16. Would I be Ok to drive home, about 20 km with that tire at low speeds? I'd rather get my car home rather than leave it my inlaws, where it is currently. fantasyxiv
The spare tyre now days on Subaru Liberty are with exception of the '16 model provide a "space saver tyre" not a full size tyre. I have a 2010 Subaru liberty GT and my spare is a 205 50 17, I run after market wheels and tyres sized 245 45 18. It should be fine so long is short distance, these spares are only for "temporary use" just to get you some distance so you can then do a tyre repair on original tyre. DO NOT use for long periods of time or LONG distances.
