JJay03
I found a good deal on some 14 wrx wheels with winter tires so I picked them up. Has anyone put 14 wrx wheels on their car? They are not factory wheels but were on a 14 wrx and the tires are 235/45/17. I test fitted them on my 97 lgt donor car and they just rubbed the strut but it has the spring guards. If they dont fit I guess ill have to get some longer studs and some small spacers for the front. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l285/spdfrk1990/Legacy/71008789-EF8A-498C-A635-4A99BCC42E08_zpswk1y6o8x.jpg
JJay03
Thinking I might need some 3mm spacers up front and maybe some longer studs.
Osei
They may rub on the fenders. So not to worry about this issue I run 225/45/17 with a 52 offset Enkei. See http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp for O.
JJay03
Im worried about them hitting the strut like mentioned but my donor car has the spring guards from the factory recall. My 98 is at stock height so I think my fenders might be ok. Have not tried them on my 98 yet but I might tomorrow. I guess 3mm spacers would be ok with stock studs? I would get 2mm if someone made them.
Osei
Spacers will probably make you hit the fenders. A small roll would give you the space you need there. O.
JJay03
They will rub in the front when turning for sure. Im not even sure spacers would help so I am just going to resell them .
