Urabus87
Hello All: My 2015 Legacy 2.5 w/ 5,400 miles on it started acting up today. I was cruising on the highway, around 70mph, engine was at normal running temperature when the check engine light flicked on. Traction control light turns on and the cruise control light blinks when this happens which I found out from my dealer. After turning the car off and starting back up I have experienced some rev jumping. While doing city driving, the revs jump from 1,500 to 1,000 while having my foot on the accelerator. Fast forward a couple hours...ABS light has turned on, parking brake light is blinking, check engine light is still on and revs are still jumping. I have parked her for the night and have an appointment at the dealer tomorrow. Looking to see if anyone has also experienced this or has any knowledge on what the issue might be? Thanks! Urabus87
Update: According to the dealer the ABS and parking brake light coming on means the car is in fail safe or "limp" mode. Hope that I can make it to the dealer safely without any issues.
Urabus87
Update: Car pulled code P0107 Manifold Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction. Dealer is ordering the part and stated it is safe to drive. Will be back next weekend to have the part installed. aloc87
DonnyJagaru
This is an easy fix, you could've done yourself.
Urabus87
Besides the fact I don't have the skill set to do so...Why would I do this myself when the car is under warranty? aloc87
