urdrwho
Pep Boys and Sparkplugs.com show NGK 2382 BKR5ES-11 Standard Plug SKU: #BKR5ES-11 ITEM: #NGK2382 I chose the 2382 BKR5ES-11 Standard Plug I like to do it in the morning when the engine is 100% cooled off because I feel the safest that the threads won't get damaged. But --- I just bought some new plugs that I would like to install and I'm wondering how long to waited before replacing them? I remember in the 1970's there was a franchise of quick tune places. You would drive in, they would use power wrenches to do the plugs, done with a hot engine and you were out the door. Their mantra was -- torqued plugs ---- what's that?!?! I'm more of a purist. Maybe I'll just wait until some morning before starting the engine.
