Matt166 Posted August 14, 2015 Share Posted August 14, 2015 Wanted to give a huge shout out to Tactrix. Had some issues flashing, causing a bricked ECU. I emailed tactrix about it on Tuesday and got a response back within the hour, asking me to send my ECU and the openport. I tracked the package on my phone, it arrived there around 3pm yesterday. By 4pm I had a call from Mike saying that everything had been reflashed and tested, and that he would get it to Fedex that afternoon. I get an email last night with overnight shipping details, package will be here today. Just unbelievable service, can't recommend them highly enough.
