carpenterltd
Holy hell...lost faith in my local shop. Updated quote is now at 5 hours of labor to put the rears on. Total cost with tax over $547.00. I laughed and told him (politely) to hire a new mechanic...I could do the rears myself in under an hour after I get the bolts loose. Geesh...losing faith in humanity.

ChrisCrash
Bringing this thread back from the dead for a quick question you guys can hopefully answer. I'm setting up my tein basis coils for install and I was wondering how far down you set the top lock nut on the mounts. I dont want to spin the rod and/or tighten it too far. Zee199969
The tophat should bottom out on the spring perch, otherwise the strut rod will move and the threads will rub on the tophat. My "Build"
