This is where the last vent connects too.

The Coolant lines run the top prefabbed line to the turbo expansion tank the bottom line runs to the turbo coolant line.

Nightmaresmk thanks for those photos!

Here are a couple photos of mine installed. The big AOS and my big TMIC did not fit, I had to make a little extension plate for the AOS (see the silver piece in first photo).

Thanks for assisting the community with the instructions and offering valuable feedback. We have actually addressed the coolant fitting access as well now have a drain fitting that is designed for AN (used on our Race AOS to be offered soon). We appreciate the feedback and are working on a few bracket options to improve install. The challenge we don't speak about often is trying to maintain 1 bracket to cover 2002-2015 cars so that our wholesalers can minimize how many part numbers they need to stock. This means it's a balancing act if you know what I mean.

sjxbrd,

If you shoot me an email to JJ "at" iagperformance.com I am happy to send you a bracket that we offer for rotated turbo kits. This pushes the AOS farther back much like your extension bracket. This should solve your issue and be 1 piece powder coated aluminium.

Regards,

JJ

Thank you everyone for the kind words. We welcome and appreciate the suggestions. We are constantly improving our design.

product is great however perfect fitment for the legacy platform was rushed. a pitch stop mount bracket revision is needed for more clearance around AC line. im almost thinking of custom mounting it where my intake box was off of the fender wall. lots of space there and plenty of room to route lines.

As stated their is an issue with the AC line. If they had a 1inch offset block it would fit perfect. It does work where it is just sits on the ac line.

Correct a 1 in spacer to bolt in between would set it perfect!

1 inch offset in which direction?

Toward the front of the car?

Would it need to be a full inch or would a half-inch suffice?

I'm going to get a new AOS, and this seems to be the leading contender.

you will love it, performance is awesome. fitment as you know can be improved if using the pitch bracket. I cant comment as for fender-wall installation.

I did give it some thought. :) I don't think I'd trust ABS to hold something this large but I might change my mind after I actually get one in my hands.

From looking at the pictures of the bracket on IAG's web site, I suspect you could improvise a spacer pretty easily with a chunk of metal, a drill press, and some longer bolts.

If you do this, I'd buy a part.

I need to replace my gs aos and the iag sitting in the cart.
