I have Infinity FX45 projectors in my Subaru. It uses D2S bulbs. Currently has Morimoto XBs 4500K. They are OK for now, but might pull the trigger if the Osrams mentioned are far superior

The Nightbreakers are definitely better bulbs that the Morimotos. They will be brighter and more precise, if you're willing to spend the money. I've seen them both in person and there's definitely a big difference.

By the way, not everyone is a TRS supporter on HIDplanet.

I pulled the trigger on the Osram D2s 66240CBIs. Turns out that U.S. vendors can't really sell the Osram Xenarc 66240XNB. They have the European ECE approval but are not D.O.T. approved.

I thought I had read (Amazon reviews) that the Silverstars are actually reboxed Osram CBIs?

Although, still $100/apiece! :spin:

That was the consensus on HIDplanet, although at that price you might as well get CBIs from TRS or other legitimate sellers for $185/pair

We sell them (LightWerkz) and so does TRS, and actually ECE is technically better than DOT because of tighter standards, and also no one would be able to really know.
