BBPeik
I am getting ready to do my 60k service and just wanted to confirm a few things. Tranny and diff were just done so that is a non issue. As were the cabin air and air filter. For the plugs the NGK 373 SILFR6B8 are the correct ones? The plugs are a pita to get out but can be done without lifting the motor correct? I have super blue brake fluid in there now(that way when I bought it). Should I go with that again or use something different? Oil(obviously) What kind of coolant is recommended? Anything I am missing Thanks a lot Brendan My someday I will be done with it thread.
faded-a-fool
Hi Brendan, I had Mike at Infamous Performance in Escondido perform a 60K service on my 3.6R. Try shooting him a PM (m_sprank) as i'm sure he knows the questions to your answers. He's active in the forums.
acumenhokie
OEM coolant is fine. Oil should be Rottela T6 or Motul in a 5w40 weight. For the brake fluid you could use the same thing again or switch to Motul. Sometimes people switch because they are two different colors and that makes it easy to tell when the old stuff is out and the new stuff is in. BBPeik
I have been using the rotella since I first got the car. I like the idea on switching the brake fluid to a different color though. That would make things real easy. Thanks My someday I will be done with it thread.
amidroc
I had my 60K service done by FW motorsports here in NorCal. They used Motul 8100 Xcess 5w40 and I have continued to use the same. For the brake fluid they used ATE SL.6. I found it inexpensive at amazon.com. Hope it helps. http://legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=5243030&postcount=

PrimeRib
The plugs can be done easily without yanking the motor. I did mine a few weeks ago. How important is it to change the diff fluid? My car has 62k.
