Xander_X
Is it possible to do it an make it work? I mean what components what be needed, besides the windshield, and what is already there? Is there a chord already there waiting to plug into the windshield and on the other end waiting for a switch? I ask because I can pretty much get a brand new windshield, installed, for free. I was thinking go big.
DonnyJagaru
Don't forget you'll need a switch to turn it on. Mine, like everyone else, is located on the same sub cluster as the remote mirror control and ejection seat button.
Xander_X
Right, so I basically just need to know if the harness from the switch to the heating element is already there or if I would have to add it.
GTEASER
I think your thread title is backwards. Should read "swapping non-heated windshield for heated windshield", am I right. It would really help if we knew what year and model car you have.
