Leg4Life
I heard that upgrading exhaust and air intake will increase HP by 50-100 is that correct? If so, what is the best combo, my stuff is starting to rust... I have a 2008 Legacy GT SPEC B...all comments are welcomed...thanks in advance... ragman
No. More like 0hp increase on an otherwise stock car. Those mods don't really start doing anything until stage3+ over 300hp to the wheels. Who told you that rubbish ?
Max Capacity
A down pipe and a stage 2 tune will get you about 30hp If you add a 3" exhaust to that, add another 10hp. My wagon has a 3" DP, stock midpipe, a little head work, tuned at 21psi and makes 280whp. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. Engine Build - Click Here
