Fafafofo Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 Hi there. I was told today that my right head gasket is leaking on my 2007 Subaru Legacy. I bought blue devil head gasket sealant which I have been told is AWESOME by many. I'm just not sure if/when I should use it. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Most will say to do the job right the first time. replace the HG and have the head (s) rebuilt and decked. If its a GT is it a valve cover gasket or HG ? GT's are known for valve cover oil leaks. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it.
