I agree it is not fun to watch, just posted it here since it was video. Amazing how much of this stuff goes on in youth sports, can't believe the Ref didn't do or say anything especially since the catcher was partially blocking the plate and didn't even have the ball! I would be inclined to agree - the runners were aiming to go through the catcher, so the catcher should have moved forward (since they didn't have the ball, and it wasn't coming) but instead stood sort of in the way and braced for impact - smaller person hitting bigger person and that's what happens...
