I have the EJ22 in my 1997 Legacy L, and shes got 205k, and still runnin real strong. not tickoring or anything. Do you know if anything else happened to the EJ22 you had in that? If its just leaking? I may want to buy it from you. (Vid of the engine, and the car itself lol skip to 4:30 for the startup ) Thanks man! The 2.2 I had in is good, was leaking a little oil and the clutch was shot (why I put a oem clutch in idk haha) but not to sure I want to part with it quite yet haha sorry if I do I'll let you know though I do have a small update on the new build. I need some inspiration to finish my 99 Legacy GT with built bored and stroked 2.4 turbo block, built heads, 05 sti 6 speed, r180 rear diff, axles, hubs, and big breaks, coilovers, etc I started building it 10 years ago and its still not done . . . . In the middle of a headgasket job on my daily right now :/ And just last Thursday I blew a nice hole in my leg, about 20 stiches to close it up so have been nothing but a couch body, hopefully soon will be able to order some parts and move forward on it. Looked for a build thread and nothing, I would love to see how yours is coming I didnt meticulously track my build progress like most since it was stretched over such a long period of time. I thought about selling my setup once and posted a thread on NASIOC http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?p=34289451#post34289451 Bouts of sickness and busy-ness have kept the project from completion bur its really not to far off.
