spec chode
Hey guys so I want to replace the struts and springs on my 05 gt and am wondering if anyone has any knowledge on how to raise the car at the same time, either by using struts and springs from a different model or by just using the lift kits I've seen around. My car is low, like tucking tire low, and I live in Colorado, not exactly what I want you know. Oh and it's a sedan.
gtonstilts
you can bolt outback struts and springs right up will give you a 2.5-3 inch lift, i just did the opposite to my outback and installed legacy suspension for about a 3 inch drop. my old parts are for sale in the classified
covertrussian
Your car probably has aftermarket lowering springs, get some stock springs and you will have about 2-3" wheel gap. 05 LGT 16G 14psi 290whp/30mpg (SOLD) 12 OBP Stock 130whp/27mpg@87 Oct 00 G20t GT28r 10psi 250whp/36mpg 22 Ascent STOCK

Dujo
Just struts and springs will function, but the geometry will be bad. Search here for numerous threads on how to swap Outback to LGT and do the opposite.
