LivingTheLegacy
So I've recently put my car back together with forged internals, catless up pipe, lightweight crank pulley, new oil pick up and pump, new timing components and an air intake. Everything else is stock, back together with a rebuilt VF39 and I can't seem to push over 9psi MAX! At rest its got 20inHg vacuum, ~16inHg once in drive. Boost leak stuck waste gate? Any tricks to find a leak besides smoke test?
cryo
Did you make sure to keep the restrictor pill in line between the compressor and the t? That's the most common reason for low boost after a turbo swap if your still running the stock ebcs.
