I've just begun to look into this type stuff.

Does it real do what it say's, keeps the lens from clouding up ?

Seems like xpel comes with the fog light covers in its kit.

I've heard of hids getting too hot and melting the films. I remeber somebody had that happen to his fog lights, I'll try to find the thread tonight. But I was looking into clear headlight film to protect them. I also was going to get vinyl overlays for my tails from a member on here. You could probably ask him about more specifics and options. Here's the sale thread.

Yes, I've read some of that in some of the reviews on a web search. I have normal bulbs and only plan on a clear film over the headlights.

We had the Lamin-X headlight protection put on along with the Venture Shield paint protection days after we bough the car. Headlights are stock bulbs and the lenses are clear clear clear! DO IT!
