12sechatch Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 as new stock rubber gasket should be enough. If you want something extra, you can use the gasket maker. If you go for the subaru stuff, there are multiple kinds. Make sure you get the gasket maker kind, not the thread sealant. Tube looks the same to the desk jockey, but the part number is different. I've used it for the pan, engine case halves, transmission case halves and it has held up just fine. BtSsm - Android app/Bluetooth adapter. LV, logging, gauges and more.
