urdrwho Posted April 3, 2014 Author Share Posted April 3, 2014 Ah good to know --- I am on the correct path finding out the year engine. Here are two pics that I forgot to include. This is a long number that is stamped on a flat on top the engine directly under the throttle body intake plenum. I tried to brighten up the numbers but either way (dirty or clean) it is hard to take a picture of the number. The full number is 6981186974 which looks like an engine vin number. I have no idea how to decipher which numbers point to a year, etc. That is the engine serial number. O. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
