Nubie Posted February 18, 2014 Share Posted February 18, 2014 So I purchased a set of nice new shiny headlights from a fellow member about a month ago. On his post he said they were aftermarket which I was aware of. Received them, all was well, installed them and immediately noticed a different light projection. They work I can say that much but the difference has been bothering me. I went back thru all the posts in that thread after I had already received them and noticed someone had asked him if they were set up for HID's outta the box or standard Legacy bulbs, to which he replied he did not know. Could this be why light projection is different then OEM? Should I be doing an HID retrofit? I've seen mention of the squirrel finders? Is this something I can simply remove?
