IAmMightyThor
I recently purchased a 2008 Legacy gt. shortly after purchasing the engine blew so i don't have a whole lot of money left. I would like to tune the car a little how ever. My turbo is a stock vf46, tmic is stock as well. if I replace the downpipe and turbo inlet tube what kind of whp is possible from this turbo? Eventually ill be replacing the turbo, tmic, cams, headers. so please don't comment that I need to do this. I jsut cant do it yet.
Moderators BarManBean Posted February 8, 2014 Moderators Share Posted February 8, 2014 flame suit on. Shoot for a running car before you shoot for a modified car that needs a tune. And read the stickies here on the forum--tons of valuable info. "Bullet-proof" your OEM TMIC! <<Buy your kit here>> Not currently in stock
IAmMightyThor
The engine is being rebuilt as we speak. Putting in k1 rids wiseco 8.5:1 Pistons. Stock cams and stock crank for now. I was just looking for information and people's experiences so that after my break in period I can tune the car a bit. I did look through the thread all the thread titles but didn't see something that might answer my questions though I'll look again and read the stickies.
