T_Altland27
I know this may sound stupid and all that but besides a throttle controller do they making a tuning device for our n/a 2.5i?? I've seen a few on eBay like the jet performance ones but they sound kind of phony to me

apexjapan
Only two software choices, and one cable. - get a tactrix 2.0 cable for the flashing. Then either go with opensource romraider/ecuflash, or pay for ecuedit by epifan software. With the opensource, you've got free tools, but there is a high-ish possibility that they don't have the tuning definitions for your car if it's a 2.5i. Ecuedit can and will create definitions for your car if they don't exist, but it'll cost (not a large amount). Besides that, you'll need to get it tuned, or pay for an etune. The problem has been that even with a lot of dyno tuning, you won't see more than 5~15whp max from a fairly big investment ($250~700 depending on tuning costs). That's one of the reasons Cobb decided there wasn't much of a market for it.
