smithwoods Posted January 31, 2014 Share Posted January 31, 2014 My 2006 Legacy wagon (116000 miles) has a hard shift into 4th when cold (below 30). If I use the sport mode and hold it in 3th for a 1/2-1 mile it will upshift smooth. When warmed up all is ok. the car is new to me and it was warmer when I got it. Any thoughts?
