Jmalav Posted January 13, 2014 Share Posted January 13, 2014 Alright guys my buddy's got a mint sti center console out of 05 sti I know the e-brakes on the left side and it being flush in the front he'd give it to me free will it fit in my 98 lgt. 98 OB RNV Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 Yes, pics. I spent over 2 hours at the local wreckers looking at consoles from 02-07 wrxs and Legacys and Foresters. If you like the 04 plus WRX console, you will have to buy the e brake handle, mounting brackets to switch it over to the left side. I'm debating on this myself. After putting over 1600 miles in over a week, I can't stand the placement of the cup holders. I even tried a vent mount for my phone...that was a waste, it hit the cup holder even on the passenger side mounting. Not to mention it wouldn't hold my iPhone 5 properly with and without the case.
