02LGTSNJ
I too am getting this pop noise, but it only happens once. It almost like as the car gets warmer the rear windshield seal reseats itself or something, very strange. It had only happened on mornings that have been below freezing. I was at least relieved to see that Im not alone and others have had this happen as well.
YeuEmMaiMai
to get rid of the ice cracking noise just open trunk and remove all of the accumulation in the channel around the trunk seal. do the same for the front cowl area.

artb
I took my 2011 Legacy to the dealer. They were able to recreate the problem on a cold winter day. They popped out the rear windshield and reseated it... Problem solved.
