Anil_Trinidad
Hello all. I am new to this forum - and have had a look at some of the wheel fitment threads. However, I have a question regarding the use of 235/40/18 tires on a set of 18x8 +35mm, then taking the same tires and putting them on a set of wheels that are 18x8.5, +48mm. Stock suspension on '08 JDM Legacy 2.0T (that came with 17's). My cousin has a set of white Konig Lightnings (which are 18x8 +35mm) that came off his '06 Fozz - that I intend to use until I get a set of Enkei PF01's that are 18x8.5, +48mm. So I'm checking to see if I can use the same tires on both sets of wheels without any issues. I suspect that the 35mm offset will sit more outside of the fender, but with stock ride height - I am hoping to have no rubbing - but since I'm not sure, I am asking the question. My preference is to use 235 instead of 225 width tires. Any ideas?
.Catalyst.
Should be fine at stock ride height. The wheels will poke more, but a 235 on a 8" wide wheel is no issue at all. My spec.B [#163] Project Thread with Pictures Get CryoTuned!
