Captain Ned
Tire Rack sells 17" steelies for 10-12 LGTs. I'm perfectly happy with mine.
pyrettablaze
ya that seems the cheapest option. Though ,i think i need 16's... mine isnt a GT unfortunately. Or are 17's better for snow tires? thanks for the unput!
Ellesedil
In general for the winter, you want more tire sidewall to better protect your rim from potholes. But 17" wheels will fit just fine on your car. If you want to keep your overall diameter uniform between winter and summer setups, then find some 16s (which I assume exist readily enough - check TireRack) and get some winters with more sidewall. robitrice
narrower too is better for snow, it cuts through better.
LegacyMUN2k6
I have rims off my 08 gt, they were my second set replaced by the dealer under warranty. They have about 3yrs of usage.
