IGW
So I have read thru topics on here about this brand, but I'm looking to get a final say or maybe some new insight on the quality of this brand. I'm in the market for a boost guage and a oil pressure guage for my 05 LGT.
bomberlegacy
I've had my boost and trans/oil temp gauges for almost a year now and no issues. They are beautiful '08 Legacy 2.5i - hybrid intake - delta 1000 - E85 - magnaflow exhaust
IGW
what model gauge did you get from them? did you use their adapters, if so which ones?
grovlet
I've had a premium boost gauge for 2+ years now and it's ~ 1 PSI off based on my tune stats vs. the gauge reading. Not a bad gauge for the price, but if your looking for 100% accuracy.... And the White is close (but not perfect) to 05 gauge color. I used their mounting cup and it sits nicely in the drivers side corner without sticking out like a sore thumb.
bomberlegacy
I've got the premiums, they were closest to my oem gauges and do the sweep and all. I like them. '08 Legacy 2.5i - hybrid intake - delta 1000 - E85 - magnaflow exhaust
Shello007
Prosport FTW.... Thus far. I've only had them installed 3 days now. They look great. I've read a lot of negative reviews, but I'm hoping for the best. Installation was relatively straightforward.
IGW
did any of you hook up an oil pressure gauge and use the adapter that goes on the oil filter?
Shello007
^ I used the sending unit that gives to the oil galley plug. And I used the galley plug below the alternator. Yeah though I walk through the valley of the shadow, I fear no man because Faith is my arrow.
IGW
did u just remove the plug or do you have to tap into it?
Shello007
did u just remove the plug or do you have to tap into it? The front one fits right in...back one needs an adaptor. IGW
im sorry to be lame but what do you mean by back one? dose the gauge need to be hooked up in two spot or are you just saying use the front one cause it fits right in?

There are two oil galleys. One next to pcv which needs an additional adaptor. The galley beneath the alternator works with the sending unit from prosport, without the need for an additional adaptor.
