frank_ster
well order two of the airbags from this thread and install them ! and help me out ! they are about 100$ each. a small bracket is needed for the top of the airbags. http://www.mcmaster.com/#9538k24/=oa40su only downside to these airbags is that if they have 0 air pressure and you drive your car they will tear themselves. but 5-10 psi is plenty Now that's thinking out of the boxer! fyi all 05 + legacy's have built in code reader
CHLAXN
I found this link for Firestone bags... They are available in 6", 8-1/8", and 10-1/4" extended height. They are rated for 1000 lbs. each and they are all one price and they have free shipping. http://www.truckchamp.com/products/Universal-Air-Springs-Firestone-Sport%252drite-Part-Number-7012.html

CHLAXN
I'll have to wait a week or 2 to get my funds up for this. Did you ever actually make any mounts and install one of these bags? Do you think there is a way to make a bolt-on version? I won't have time this weekend, but next weekend I'm going to try and get up under the car and see what I may be able to come up with... CHLAXN
Found these this morning... only 800lb capacity each, but a pair of these would give you an additional 1600 lb capacity overall. I'm only hauling a 600 pound ATV on a 200 pound trailer, so I think these would work fine for my application. I just have to check the clearances. They have a minimum compressed height of 3.5". http://www.ridetech.com/store/air-spring-800lb.-rolling-sleeve-rear.html
CHLAXN
This place is great! Check out all of the different bolt-on or weld-on brackets that they sell! Maybe we can piece something together pretty simple. http://www.ridetech.com/store/components/mounts-and-brackets/

imprezkid
This needs revival, i'm tired of rubbing tires when i put a couple people or crap in the back. That or is there an affordable way to add a bag over strut setup?
frank_ster
I looked at switching to full air , but the ride may not be for everyone, as you can adjust your height but you cant realy adjust the spring rate. I havent had time to look further into this , id sure like to tho.
