Hooked4Life Posted August 26, 2005 Share Posted August 26, 2005 Well just installed mine last night.......took about an hour to get everything done (including sound clip ) Funny your right one was off......My left one is off must just have to shift over the whole thing a bit....I just wanted to hear it so bad I didn't play all that much with its lineup Thats with all CAT's removed right? scans007 Posted August 26, 2005 Share Posted August 26, 2005 I have Catless UP/ Catted Lachute DP/ Perrin CBE which has a resinator in it...if you aren't look'n for a not too noticeable sound......Go with the lachutes, i've driven both.....Lachute is a much more reserved yet sill deeper throaty sound.......this just sounds mean..... Isn't the point of a catback to enhance the throaty growl of our 2.5 boxer engine? Decibels are a log scale. +4 decibels is twice as loud. So 83 vs 87 is twice as loud as stock.
