legy outback
My dad and i have downloaded the full factory service manual for my '98 legacy outback, and the valve cover looked different from what is in the manual, as did the brackets (what are those called?) that hold the cam shafts in place. Here's what they look like and this is what is in the manual, (for the '98 what year is this really?!?!?
pleaidestar
That illustrated picture is an ej22e. Definitely not what you have in the picture. You should have an ej25d, can look on the vin plate located on the left side strut tower, it will tell you a motor code.
