  1. I just put laminx on one side... due to the curvature of the lens, it's a serious pain in the ass to get the film on right. It wants to wrinkle and bubble, I spent about an hour of fitting and cutting and blow drying and it looks like shit but it'll protect the lens
  2. So I ordered the Type T for Toyota and I'm holding the fog light up to the surround and the surround is much smaller than the fog light. Is this supposed to be like this? I noticed there are two Toyota ones, oval and round
  3. I saw people were saying the Lamin-X kit was too small so I ordered the ones for the BugEye and I'll trim em I should have ordered them with the lights because they would have been cheaper but all in all everything came to a little under 200 if you want the lamin-x protector film
  4. I was able to piece together this kit and instead of using the factory lamps I went with the retrofitsource Morimoto Type T LED lamps. Everywhere I ordered from seemed to be having a sale as the LED fogs were about 145 and the other parts were about 37 coming to 182. 30 bucks more than the first post although with LEDs and having to local pick up the other parts from the dealership saved $15-20 in shipping. I'll be putting them in hopefully shortly after everything comes. Will I need this adapter harness https://www.diodedynamics.com/h16-male-to-h11-female-adapter.html
  5. Edit: If you want the Morimoto, you want the Type T for Toyota as it's the correct one for our generation. If you want the DiodeDynamics one, it's the Luxeon Type B.
  6. Dude near me in a chevy suburban had K5LAs on it. Lemme tell ya, people around here are stuck up and drive like they own the road, but when they get a toot from that behind them it humbles their conceited ass quick

  8. Unexpected expenses arose and I may have to sell the Koni's. If anyone is interested, they're still BNIB.
  9. That's not good. I have my bar, I haven't put it on yet, I need to find level ground
  10. It's no sports car but I dont hate the handling on regular roads, but once you hit highway speeds 50+ the car just doesnt feel like it's going to stay on the intended course without too many corrections and doesnt communicate anything, it's just numb and sketchy
  11. The rsb doesnt affect the steering, just tightens up some body roll
  12. Did you check to make sure they sent you the right one? Are you sure you were doing it properly
  13. If I could afford one haha. Then again if I could I might be looking at Audi RS3
  14. I've got the rear bar and even kartboy endlinks to stiffen it up more than the standard endlinks
  15. Just came back from a mini vacation with 4+hrs of highway driving. I used to say the car doesnt exactly inspire confidence but this last trip felt downright dangerous. I'm seriously considering selling the konis I plan on installing because while that will help body control some, the steering remains the issue. On another note, the brakes almost gave me a heart attack with THEIR less than confidence inspiring feel. I miss when cars were mechanical and not all electric
  16. So there will be mounting bolts and nuts with the konis? I'm jus trying to make sure installation goes as smoothly as possible
  17. Should I get everything except the strut and spring in this picture, such as the nuts and bolts and dust cover and upper strut mount, new so everything will go smoother or does the koni come with any hardware, I haven't opened the boxes yet

  19. Get the 20mm OEM rear swaybar upgrade and kartboy endlinks, the rear end will feel slightly more stable. People are saying the Perrin steering damper lockdown helps with the feel, and personally after reading in the Koni thread that the yellows work with our car, I ordered a set and I'm going to get RaceCompEngineering springs which lower the car around 20mm all around, not as low as some others so there's less worry of pot holes and speed bumps and steep driveways. I have my heard one bad thing about the koni yellows along with some sportier springs, even described as the car now rides like an upscale sport sedan. And you cant forget some lighter wheels with stickier tires. If that doesn't do it, trade for an RS3
