  1. https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/c/evertough/tools---equipment/rental-tools/suspension---steering-rental-tools/9e8ada6cd6e2/rental-tools-evertough-tie-rod-tool/ren1/67178/v/a/18776/automotive-car-2006-subaru-outback?pos=13 I think I just figured it out when I was searching for the parts on Oreillys site. I had no idea that tool existed.
  2. I got under there and removed the boot on the inner tie rod, and it really didn't look like there was much room to get a wrench on the inner tie rod to unscrew, or install a new one. Is everyone dropping the rack to install these?
  3. I looked through the FSM and googled, but wasn't seeing a procedure for "relearning" a new TB to the ecu. Part # 16112AA020 for a 2006 OBXT Does one exist? I just replaced a my dying throttle body with one I got off of eBay and it didn't work, no movement in the butterfly. Vendor told me to try a relearn before I send it back.
  4. We are trying to find the actual manufacturer part #. PDM buys them and triples the price. The other release bearings PDM uses for their TSK1 & 2 kits are Toyota parts, but noone seems to know what the TSK3 kit bearing is.
  5. These are very clearly not the same bearings as the TSK3 kit for our cars. Notice the ears. Anyone find the actual bearing yet?
  6. It's a light flywheel! This one came out of a '12 WRX, but I have the same one in my OBXT. Get zippy revs! Ships from Palouse, WA
  7. No worries. Let me ask my pals and see if anyone is heading up any time soon.
  8. Hey Jags I'm down in Palouse, WA and I want that sub! Do you ever come down this way?
  9. That's a spot on guess. This is literally less than a mile into Eastern Washington from Idaho north of Moscow.
  10. This thing sucks! In the good way! You want whooshy noises? This thing has whooshy noises all day long! Reusable filter, I rinse it out and lightly K&N oil it. Inlet diameter is same as stock. I just switched out for the Blitz induction cover that member Enlight was selling to get more authentic JDM whooshy noises:lol: 100 + shipping or trades. Looking for Rally armors or ???
  11. Are smog checks in CA random? This looks like a super fast install item. And it definitely isn't changing the maf tube at all.
  12. Right on, I hope you get it sorted you can install those new toys and boost with confidence! Back in the day with my 93 turbo wagon and having crank sensor intermittent issues I got a plug from the junkyard, completely bypassed the wire harness, and ran a whole new signal and ground wires to the ecu to get the thing going. Later I found the heat-cracked and worn 250k mile wires when I pulled the motor for a clutch or something. Good luck!
  13. Got this because it's the first thing to check/replace according to the FSM well, no change in my low rpm hesitation so the old one went back in. So up for sale this goes. 165 shipped USPS priority.
  14. I suffer from the same vibration, and it's worse now that I'm back up to stock ride height again. I hardly notice during the spring and summer when I put my BC coilovers on. My MT car is at 220k and the OEM axles are long gone. I think I might grab 2 oems from the junkyard for 40 bucks, fix them up and see what happens. Oem units will be green right?
  15. Woa. I am strangely attracted to the meatylow. Rub city I imagine though.
  16. ha. wow, yeah this brainbuster is definitely a sign that I shouldn't reply to messages at 12:30 after Cinco de Mayo Margaritas... Hot wheels was either going to be Ford GT or Bosozuko style
  17. Nope, it's definitely rear. Also it's sold! And what is HW car?
