Installed and bled my front Wilwood BBK calipers. I desperately need to clean the car on Monday after all this midsummer rain passes (midsummer in California). What’s not pictured here is all the dirt on side doors, trunk, and front bumper from one highway trip. Good thing I didn’t pull the trigger on installing summer tires yet.
Goodness that looks great! What are the wheel specs?

This build is awesome! Would like to do something like this down the road.
Same here, then again I would have to live somewhere other than Cali to do so.
-
I had same problem until I put a 10lb bag of ice on the i/c between pulls. The best pull was leaving it on by accident
Recycled shop air doesn't make for the best numbers...
Now I'm wondering if my numbers could have been even better, then again I have no way of putting a bag of ice on a FMIC.

Brandon would you mind sharing more info about the Hydra setup. For example, is it plug and play? Does it come with a base map? Will the Legacy retain all OEM functions? (Speedometer, etc)
Also when it comes to smog how will you handle the OBD2 portion?
Thanks

There are a couple times where I wonder wth I am doing working on cars. Use the brakes. Duh.
In my defense I was trying to avoid calling my wife out to help me.
Also instead of wearing away at the pad my Stoptechs seem to be just wearing away the rotor. There is a decent amount of pad left and a really decent groove on the rotor.
What brake pads are you using?

Gabo - Not trying to deter you from madrig's amazing work, but I was going to sell the JDM aluminum exhaust finishers I got from HKC once I got some free time. It appears the ones I got were the sedan version (slightly different mounting points from the ones above, believe those are actually the wagon version) and they weren't even close to filling out the exhaust cut-out on the wagon bumper. Let me know if you're interested.
Madrig - I'm getting my exhaust tips lengthened at some point but I'm still in for a set of these!
PM me and lets see if we can work something out... I was hoping to get them in Carbon Fiber since I aleady have Madrigs hood scoop and a carbon fiber duckbill spoiler.
Madrig I'm willing to send them your way should I make the purchase for the sake of making carbon fiber ones. Thoughts?

I'm assuming this will be wagon fitment only? I'm hoping its not so I'll provide some input. To be honest a straight up copy of the JDM garnish you pictured in carbon fiber would be great.

Cannot wait for results, thanks for sharing.

I installed the JDM side window deflectors on my 05 LGTW. That made what was minimal wind noise even less so.
Looking for a set for the 14 OB, and would likely install these on the Ascent as well. They work well, are very quiet, actually functional where rain is concerned, and not just a nice-looking accessory.
Mind sharing your source? I'd love to put some on my Spec B.

The picture makes it look clean but my clear bra (was installed by previous owner) is in a very bad shape with lots of scratches. I am planning to remove it when I get the JDM front end going. I have been watching videos on how to remove it. The only thing I know is they won't come off easily in one piece.
Same here, but it looks like a heatgun will help with removing bigger pieces at a time. I'm more concerned with the paint peeling off along with the clear bra.

Is the difference so dramatic I will immediately need to go get it aligned?

Any reason your LCA bushings are adjusted for no caster gain?Which way are they suppose to point if adding caster? I'll be installing "new" lower control arms with upgraded bushings in a few weeks and want to make sure I get them oriented in the right direction.

Here is how the car sit now with STI Enkei plus pink springs and stock Bilstein Spec B shocks.

Very, very clean, your clear bra looks way better than mine too. I'm debating removing it.

Patiently awaiting results and simultaneously heart broken because something like this cannot come to life in Camifornia.

Just installed a Timken rear wheel bearing and I have no issue to report after 400+ miles of driving.

Excellent credit doesn't reduce the price of the vehicle. Either way, the payments have to add up to the total cost plus the interest.
Excellent credit implies a low interest rate which does happen to have a direct correlation with the monthly payment.
In any case for those in the rust belt, are Subaru prices better? Here in San Diego the fully loaded Ascent with the Java interior is $46,700.00
-
Test drove it a couple of weekends ago and loved it, not the payment though. ($600/month w/ $8000 down) and I have excellent credit, 800+.

the kit was made to make the front and rear equal . from oem the rear is wider, on the wagon , so the kit is less wide in the back than the front .
Yeah, sadly Autox Civic is only selling the front part and I'm 90% sure the car will look disproportionate, specially since I have a sedan.
-
-
what wheel set up will you use ?
if you go 35 offset with 245 tire you will have hard time in the back .
I'm on 17x9+38 Gramlights 57DR with 245/40-17. The rear is rolled and has a slight pull.
-
Just got mine about a week ago and couldn't be happier with the quality. I haven't installed it yet but I'm most definitely looking forward to it.

Autox Civic has a set of the fenders for sale in the classifieds. Has pics, too. And it's in Oregon, saving shipping costs
Thank you sir, currently trying to work out a deal
correct i can sold a flare that you can blend to your oem fender .like i say before, i m not advertising this product cause it need work to be installed , understand ,cutting metal, bonding , blending and painting .
making the complete mold of the fender was an option but there is too much models for one generation . 05 06 , 08 09 , jdm , so wich market to target
no difference sedan wagon front , for the rear i m sure is the same also .
It seems I might get lucky and get the set from Autox Civic. I'll have to get them repainted or maybe I'll wrap the whole car. On another note would you mind sending me picture of the frontal view of your wagon? I'm trying to figure out if going wide fender in the front while leaving the rear untouched will look disproportionate.
Thanks
What did you do to your 4th gen. Legacy today? Vol - 10

Modified the rear fender well once more to try and keep my current wheel setup from rubbing. Once that was finished, I inspected the front to find I have to roll them as well. At this point I am seriously considering buying some Rota SVN's in 18 x 8.5 +48 to replace my current Gramlights 57 DR in 17 x 9 +38 flavor. The car looks amazing, but the car is also daily driven and at times a family hauler.
Rant over.
