you have to take the middle out of the center console with the cupholders. pretty straight forward. also you need to pop the chrome piece down off the shifter bottom to remove the c clip so you can take the shifter knob off. sorry i did not take pics

i have replaced the indicator assembly on mine. it is very easy to do. the p,r,n has an led circuit board and the m-d has an led circuit board. both boards are identical but you can't get the boards separately from the whole unit. the new part appears to have updated circuit boards from another vendor. it is fairly easy to replace. the part comes with the siver trim and the lower light boards. if you take off the silver trim you can easily swap over the electrical connections at the boards instead of rewiring at the lower connector. if you purchase the part you will see what i mean. the part you need is #35170AL00A . pricing will vary depending on where you get it. i picked mine up for $83 after tax.

i also had a steering rack replaced for a rubbery creak noise when turning steering when barely moving. it was coming coming from the electric assist motor. no more noise after replacement!!!

that means they didn't check the version number per the tsb to verify proper update. have it done again and everything will work as designed.

update is covered under base warranty if you want it done at the dealer.

had to do my update a few times also. after the 1st update the vehicle would not recognize the verbatim 2gb thumb drives i had for the install. had to use a crucial 2gb usb and that worked perfect. update is now in and works perfectly. thanks for the link for the download!!!

I've been researching this also. I've had no luck.

as i stated earlier in this tread there are no hanger welded under the car for the extra muffler. there is also a heat shield missing and the under plastics by where the right side pipe would go need to be removed and the correct one installed. plastics are not in the picture of the exhaust.

if you were to put the 3.6 exhaust on you would need hangers welded in, new heat shield, new plastic panel under car by exhaust, etc, there are a lot of different items on the car underneath that would be needed to complete the project. not worth it.

the factory led module on the limited headlamp does appear replaceable separately from the whole headlamp. small access cap towards bottom of the headlamp. someone aftermarket would have to come out with a brighter led bulb/module to put in its place.
