Does anyone have the listing of changes made in NU9020? Love the new update.. haven't had any issues.. this is my 2nd or 3rd update I've had the dealer do. BTW. Does anyone know how to get the MP3 files sort in alphabetical order. Every time I add files on the USB Drive, it just joes the bottom of the list. Everything else is alphabetical.

Just went to my dealer and had the update (NU9020) done for free for my 2015 Subaru Legacy. Does anyone have a list of what updates/fixes etc were made over the versions?

Does anyone have any updates on what was fixed on the NU9020?... I was updated a year or so ago to NU 9017. Does anyone have any change information for the NU9020?... a TSB etc? Thanks

I had my dealer update the firmware on my nav. Everything seem to be fine, I thought. I have been reading online with every ones issue.. So a few weeks ago I checked my unit to see if I had some of the mentioned issues.. My Vehicle customization, Oil temp, Trip info, compass on gauge cluster does not work... Today, I took my car in to the dealership for having them look at my car and have it re-flashed (saying other people had issues). They called me saying they tried and called Subaru and said my radio has to be replaced.

I had my firmware updated weeks ago. I just checked My Vehicle Monitor isn't working (Oil temp/ accel / AW) Does anyone know how to fix?..

when I went to the dealer to have it done, my phone would no longer sync.. It wiped out all my settings etc. I had to delete from my phone the Subaru link.. once I did that I synced my phone and my contacts were transferred.. I would try that.. delete phone from NAV and delete Nav from Phone.. and resync.. It should do the job...

Where did you get the firmware from.. is it downloadable?

All, To give you a warning that it Can happen!!! I took My SD Card out to back it up with Subaru tools (4.0). I started the software, it read the SD card (info was displayed) and I backed it up. After I finished, through windows I ejected it, and removed it from my computer. I put it into my car, and I got an error trying to read the SD card!!.. I put the SD card back into my computer, and now the computer says It needs to be formatted!!.... I took it to the dealer, and they said that I have to pay $500+ to replace the card. I told them I did nothing wrong and I used the tools given to me etc. They will now call the regional manager to see if they can replace it under warranty!!... OY!!... I am a computer guy, and I though I took every precaution to make sure I didn't screw it up. Has anyone out there taken your SD card out and had this issue. Did anyone do anything special to remove the card / put into the car to not screw it up? Thanks
