  1. The following are night pictures of the headlights. I focussed on one rather than the pair just because at a distance, with the camera, the light saturates the whole assembly, making it impossible to see what the headlights truly look like at night. The couple of photos I took of the pair does not accurately depict what they look like at night. In reality, the U-bars are incredibly prominent and the low beam is very bright and focussed. The signal LEDs, in my opinion, give a very high-end look to the vehicle. I also took a video but currently my video player is taking forever to update and compress so I may have to post the video late tonight or tomorrow. Just realized I did not take a stand-alone picture with the high beams on at night but you guys get the gist. And if anyone knows which bolt adjusts the vertical tilt of the low beam, please let me know. It would be appreciated!
  2. The look is definitely opinion based. May be a bit much or maybe edgy for some, I totally respect your opinion. I put these headlights on and did not align them. Based on my previous pictures of the headlights off the car, which bolt adjusts the vertical alignment? The horizontal is perfect so I don't want to experiment and then throw it off. Sorry for the noobish question. I also took a video of functions and night shots. Will upload in a bit.
  3. Night or day? I was going to wait until tonight when it gets dark to take more photos and a video.
  4. Forgot to blurt out the license plate  Way too much effort to re-upload all the photos though
  5. Just put in my Anzos. Incredibly easy installation. Factory harness quite literally plugs right into the assembly and the assembly itself bolts in as an OEM would. The following are pictures taken in a darker environment (garage). I apologize for the poor quality of pictures; my garage is very small. I will take more pictures tonight along with a video cycling through all functions. The running lights are the U-shaped bars running under both high and low beams. The low beam, of course, is the outer bulb and the high beam is the inner. The underside LED eyebrow is the turn signal/emergency lights. Enjoy!
  6. After work Monday! That's when I'll finally be home and have some time to put them in.
  7. I'll do night and day pictures and video of all functions.
  8. Everything is included, down to the screws and bulbs. Literally bolt and plug, and alignment after being installed. I'm just in San Francisco for business until Sunday so I cannot put them in until Monday.
  9. Even asked my buddy who works at a subaru dealer and he has no idea what that adapter would be used for since all of the necessary wiring is already in the assembly. Him and the service department thinks the adapter was just shipped as an accessory for some reason. With that being said, I should have these in by Monday.
  10. Yeah, I know about the aligning process. Thanks for the advice though! Just want to find out about that damn pointless adapter haha.
  11. My thought was maybe it is some sort of spare part. If I still have questions once I get the OEM assemblies out, then I will post up pictures. I'm guessing it is not exactly necessary but I'll find out. For the black/black to black/yellow, you recommend using electrical tape to make sure the connection is water tight? I appreciate the input by the way.
  12. Is it odd that there is only one, and do you think it is necessary for the install? If the male end fits in for the H7, where the heck would the female go?
  13. This is a close up of the adapter. I can't really see where it would go. I was thinking it may just be an additional piece that comes with them for some reason. There was only one for the pair so it is not like an adapter would go on each headlight. Any information would be appreciated!
  14. I have not had time to put them on my car. Hopefully, I will be able to do so by the end of the week, if not, Monday.
  15. Well they are CCFL Projector headlights. I have very little experience with headlights so I apologize if I sound ill informed on the topic. Any way I could tell by looking at the actual assembly? The description is not very helpful.
  16. And if anyone knows what that wiring adapter is for before I remove the bumper, please let me know!
  17. Just got my Anzos today. The packing slip does say Outback Headlights but, of course, they should fit the same. The assemblies themselves do appear to be very high quality; very similar to OEM assemblies. The only discernible difference in the housing itself is the plastic arm/clip which mounts above the fender. OEM assemblies have those built into the housing as one continuous piece while the Anzos come with the arms/clips separated and attachable via included screws (coincidentally, these arms/clips are what cracked on my OEM housing, meaning I would have to buy a whole new assembly). I included some initial pictures. There is also a photo of the bag with the aforementioned arms/clips, screws, and a certain wiring adapter (not exactly sure what it is for just yet). As you can see by the rear photograph, it appears as though the stock wiring harness should fit just as an OEM would.
  18. The right (passenger's) side is cracked. I was planning on holding onto them in case anything went wrong with the Anzos or in case I break these haha.
  19. Yeah, totally understandable. I would not have purchased them if my headlights weren't cracked.
  20. $780 for the pair but you get 10% with a promo code they have going on now. Comes to $702 which is $351 per headlight. OEM headlights were going to run me $360 each so I figured, why not? But we'll see if mine even get here. I typed in all of my shipping information correctly according to AutoAnything's purchase receipt, yet FedEx spelled my town's name incorrectly by one letter.
  21. Will do! Hopefully they are similar in quality to OEM. And by the way, if you are looking for a place to purchase, I went through autoanything.com You mentioned you saw they were for the Outback but on their site, you choose the make, model, and year of your car and it spits out what your headlight will look like. Yes, the headlights do fit a Legacy between 2010-2014. I did not look at any under that year.
  22. I ordered these last week after I hit a deer and cracked my stock headlights. They actually should be here Tuesday. I'll post an overview and review of the lights both off and on my 2010 Legacy 2.5i Limited.
