  1. I wonder if LGT numbers are sufficient to create profitable demand. I'm just guessing, but isn't the "growling" being reported primarily by modded LGTs? However, I would think that normal wear and tear on OEM ones would begin to create the noise over time.

Vendors are making the parts that we use to modify the "limited" amount of LGTs that are modded.... so how would this be any different?

  2. I was just whining for Hogger's benefit. He had his fifteen minutes of fame snatched from him at the last minute. Fame and glory were within his reach, only to have it snatched from him before he could grasp it with his hogzaust carbon covered hands. Who knows if he'll ever get the chance for glory ever again.

So we have to rally the troops to step forward, to reach for the goal of 10,000 posts, to give Hogger a second chance at fame and glory!

    That's good!

  3. I bought the bushing kit early last fall based on the fact that a couple of

vendors did have the part listed as applicable to the Legacy. After

receiving them and actually getting under the car and looking at our rear

diff mounting method I could not see how these bushings would work for

us. I believe the vendors were misinformed. I could not find any

manufacturer that listed a BL/BP Legacy application.

Notice the differential mounting brackets, and the vertical orientation of the

bushings at the ends of the read diff front member in the pictures...

The busings labeled as (8) above are the ones I think we need to worry about..... IMHO.

    Whiteline Differential Bushing Kit

The rear differential bushing kit is designed to lock the front of the rear differential support outriggers to where they meet the body. Fitting of the kit will reduce rear-end float, particularly under acceleration, and will help remove the "thump" on hard/quick gear changes.

    $30

    Kartboy Rear Differential Bushing Kit

The Kartboy differential bushings reduce the compliance of the rear differential, helping to eliminate the "bang" from the rear end on crisp shifts. 6 piece set, black urethane.

    $32

Yes... these are for an '05 Legacy GT. So... who's first?
