  1. A few nice photos my buddy took http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/11043069_10206211528829753_4281346847948269191_n.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/11046958_10206211553230363_919997627232045098_n.jpg And one with the RRev carbon fiber scoop and roof spoiler http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG1004.jpg

  3. Ok, so swapped the actuators and that didn't help. I'll be switching the EBCS soon and see if that solves it. Also installed the BaysonR front lip, JDM aero spats, RRev switchback turn signals with relay, RRev reverse lights and RRev licence plate lights and did an oil change.....
  4. It's a little far but any of yall coming to the Subaru Mega Meet in Orlando this weekend?
  5. It isn't difficult to drive it just doesn't boost to the targeted boost of 16/17 psi. It boost right up to 10 psi with no issues like it was set to it. I believe it is the actuator. I have disconnected the line and it will only hit 13 psi. So I feel the turbo is good just maybe the actuator went bad some how.
  6. Well believe it or not haven't gotten it solved. I have an actuator I am going to put on and see if that is what is causing the issue. After I thought about having a crack there would only really effect noise. The turbo has already made the power or boost at that point. I will probably get another DP at some point though.
  7. Very awesome, glad I click on the build. Wouldn't even believe that was the same car you to start with
  8. Ask and you shall receive http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0948.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0947.jpg Was going to repain the bottom part of the bar BBS gold but forgot the middle is already that color. Wondering if it would be to much to paint the middle the same as the rims and paint the bottoms the gold color.
  9. So finally debadged and rebadged the car. Closer to full Spec B. Also got an engine dress up hardware kit, something I've always wanted to do. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0940.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0941.jpg Ordered a Stanza hood scoop replacement and roof spoiler today as well.
  10. Finally put the L7 badge on. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0769.jpg
  11. So recently started having issues boosting and hearing a kind of whistle noise. I was helping a friend diagnose an issue with his 07GT and swapped BCS to see if that would help. It was the next day that I started to hear it. I am at stage 2 running 16-17 PSI and now I am only hitting 10 PSI. No codes and AFRs are good. Logs look good just down on power/PSI. I switched the BCS back, reset the ECU and it didn't resolve the issue. I just got another stock TMIC and it has been "BP" so I know it isn't the TMIC. So I have rechecked all my hoses. The blue tee has been replaced and zip tied see above. And the TB hose has been replaced see above. Today I removed the DP and everything looked good on the turbine section. No cracks and no oil. Spun freely and not a lot of play. On the DP however, I did notice where the flange is to the turbo to small cracks where I could see light through. Would that be large enough to keep me from hitting 16 PSI and cause the whistle? It is after the turbo so that could be why no codes or funny driving. So after writing this I feel it may indeed be the downpipe. I just can't believe that would be enough. But it is after the last step of the turbocharger process so that would make sence of why it isn't making it hard to drive. So get it fixed somehow, JB weld or buy new DP? http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0021.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0018.jpg
  12. Installed my BulletProofed TIMIC today, along with AVO throttle hose and blue tee replacement . Had the TMIC put together from BarManBean himself! So I just happened to see that he was selling his stock one and had him do the BP to it. Just nice knowing it is done correctly. Here is a picture of the underneath of the 2nd stock TMIC. The BulletProof TMIC is the 3rd since I have owned the vehicle. You can see one of the tabs is broken off and the other 2 aren't even holding. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/14751291-3100-4a65-b2b7-89694af61506.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0683.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0684.jpg Also painted the TM black with DEI silicone spray good for 1500*F. Decided after watching the mightycarmods to do it. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0685.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0686.jpg Link to Turkeylord's thread, "Blue Tee" http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/subaru-blue-tee-replacement-218783.html?t=218783&highlight=blue+tee+replacement Link to BarManBean's thread, "BulletProofed TMIC" http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/bullet-proof-tmic-kits-189608.html
  13. So instead of going out with friends on a Saturday night I decided to spend 12 hours working on the interior of the car! Finally installed some gauges with the cubby pod. AEM UEGO wideband and Prosport Halo boost gauge. I also installed an air filter since mine never had one, cleaned up some wiring from the previous owner and installed my Spec B steering wheel. I am very pleased with the way it came out and love the location I found for the pressure sensor. Used this thread for wiring up of the gauges using the clock. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/prosport-halo-electric-boost-gauge-cubby-install-190307.html Used this thead for wiring up the Spec B wheel. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/install-steering-wheel-radio-controls-26232.html http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0673-1.jpg Spliced into the clock http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0672-1.jpg Pressure sensor location. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0670.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0669-1.jpg Well after 10 years and 100,000 miles it finally has a cabin air filter! http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0667-1.jpg Unfortunately I had to do some cutting to get the best fittment with the AEM wideband http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0665-1.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0663-1.jpg
  14. Alright so just ordered my AEM UEGO Wideband, Prosport 52mm Halo, and the cubby pod from IAGperformance. Can't wait to get some reading and have something to look at. This will atleast hold me over until I buy the STi gauge pack.
  15. Alright so BIG update 8/21 Repaired and painted the Spec B rims, rebuilt and painted stock rear calipers and Brembos. All 4 rotors turned and new pads installed with Stoptechs. H&R 15mm spacers with extended studs installed as well. Muteki lug nuts. On a side note I have a 90 Miata with no ABS and a 91 Legacy Turbo. When I bled the brakes I did it like 3 times because I had forgot what the LGT brakes felt like, mushy. I was like this can't be right but that is how they are. Kind of gives you an idea of the extreme colors. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0582.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0583.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0612.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0611.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0610.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0609.jpg New boots http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0605.jpg Stock rear caliper bracket bolts http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0604.jpg Turned rotors for the Brembo fronts. Same size as the LGTs but the contact area is larger. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0603.jpg Should have stuck a ruler next to this. Using closed lug nuts. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0595.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0594.jpg
  16. Is that Hyundai vinyl wrapped?! And I would like more info on the spoiler also, beautiful car
  17. Hopefully he is still making them. I would like to to get one.
  18. Yep, that's why it's stuck http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMG_20140505_000620.jpg
  19. Got a good deal on them and I needed wheels to get home, long story. So it worked out.
  20. So over the weekend I finally had the time to do the suspension swap to the BC BR coilovers. Had issues initially with hardware being seized so I just bought all new hardware. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0141.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0145.jpg And so I would never have problems again I used the same techniques I use working on aircraft. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0146.jpg And this was odd, notice the difference http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0147.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0148.jpg Finished http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0149.jpg http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0151.jpg Still have a little fine tuning to do. Lowered the height in the front again today. http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/ww331/TonyHamre/05%20GT/IMAG0154.jpg
  21. ^good thing I already picked them up haha. And I am getting the Spec B sterring wheel soon. Just have to wait for it to be shipped.
