  1. Any interest in a spotless 2011 GT with 18.5K miles? I’m the original owner. Car is OCD spotless, no dings, no dents, 0 rust. It’s never even been in a rain storm. Totally unmolested. I'm not desperate; just checking the water. May spring for a new 3.6R Outback.
  2. If the deal goes through you'll love it. My garage has two (really!) '15 Forester XTs and they're nice to drive. CVT is OK, especially in heavy traffic. Mother-in-law, who lives close by, got hers first (with my strong encouragement) then wife liked it so much she bought one for herself.
  3. AZ is pretty strict about having the title notarized. If the party you bought it from is not going to cooperate Option 1 might be the best way to go in the long run, even if it costs $200. That way you keep the car and get the state to cooperate with no chance of a legal backlash.
  4. Welcome Setnev. You'll find this thread the loneliest place in the forum. Hey, I'm sure there are times you can use the virtues of a Subaru in the "high desert" where you live.
  5. There's not a USB slot in my 11 either. Could have been added in 12. OK, back to our regular program.
  6. My 2011 has <16K. Can happen if one has more than a few choices of daily transportation.
  7. Saw another 5th gen GT in Scottsdale Saturday. Dark color. 3rd one I'm aware of in the Phoenix area. Only second time I've seen one in the wild.
  8. Can't speak for dhoppe0510 but I bought one last year color-matched off ebay from happybuyitnow168 color-matched to my SSM and the color and fit were spot-on. I used my own wider double-sided 3M tape instead of what came with the roof spoiler and have had no issues so far.
  9. I should have looked closer. First time I glanced at that picture earlier this morning I thought "that's an interesting place for a gauge. Isn't it hard to see down there?" Nice mods s2baru. Definitely unique and it all comes together.
  10. Ya, extra click but you can still click on the link above each black box and it will send you to the Flickr page. I like the green!
  11. Well, I'm impressed that your grill is a Subaru product too. Nothing like that in N. America.
  12. That 2013 GT is lovely. Like forbidden fruit. http://www.subaru.com.pe/Modelos/Legacy/legacy_sedan25gt.aspx
  13. Magopra, I think you may be reading your replies from your email. Email updates all have the signature "All the best, Subaru Legacy Forums". You're in the right forum, LegacyGT.com You're posting in the "Official Steel Silver Metallic" thread. You should post your beautiful car in the "Official Ice Silver Metallic" thread. Think of it as Kingdom, phylum, order. LegacyGT. is the family. 5th generation is the genus. Ice Silver metallic is the species. Or something like that.
  14. Your best bet would be to find a well-stocked Ace Hardware that handles stainless and metric bits. Some of those places have crazy wonderful selections of nuts and bolts but it depends on the owner. There's a place in the SD area called Marshall's Industrial Hardware in Miramar but I don't know how close it would be. They seem to have a ton of hardware.
  15. That brings back memories of posts by others a year or so ago with similar issues. Not sure if all the "fixes" permanently resolved the issue. When mine was new (it's SSM so I'm in the right thread) the only thing I noticed was a vague wandering feel going down the road at high speed. Larger RSB took care of that.
  16. That's true; the 10MY came out and was first sold here in 2009. What I meant to say is that I believe the 5th gen was sold elsewhere as a 2009 model before it came to North America.
  17. I believe the reason they say 2009+ is because the 5th gen actually came out in 2009, but didn't get to North America until 2010.
  18. Nice looking pipes judgenot. Do you have any underneath pics?
  19. No doubt it's a tight fit. Others on the forum have been able to line up the tip using the wiggle room built in to the flange and using different holes in the hanger. Your muffler shop will probably make it hang with a little more finesse.
  20. Nice roof rack. Looks secure. Your name and license plate somehow don't match the background.
