excellent work.

one thing to account for is not all tuners flatten their knock correction/da tables either to one number.

sick videos, i cant hear the turbo spool but it looks pretty slow Shot a nice flame in the 2nd
-
what rpm this turbo really kick in at? I have a DOM 2 sitting on my floor in preparation for the build but really am stuck on this BW turbo stuff right now. You went w/ s362 .55a/r right? I was going to go w/ the s259 .55 a/r but if this spool too fast i dont know...Also soundclip?
^^ thats steve the owner of auto creekits a bullseye S362. i'm happy with the turbo, not with the numbers though. when we were talking with bullseye, we told them we wanted a turbo that would do 450 on a mustang, fell a lil short i'd say. might have had something to do with the wrong size meth nozzle that URD sent me (twice actually, I'm still waiting for the correct one), or the incorrect turbine flange that bullseye sent (2.5" outlet is a nice restriction right off turbo!).
anyway, possibly going to the track on thursday, once i hook up the UTEC launch control. can't run the open source LC anymore, builds boost too fast and kicks over the to the UTECs speed density and doesn't hold rpms anymore.
at any rate, the thing sounds like a turbo diesel truck's turbo cuz it whistles all the time, its sweetness.

I have the Cusco engine and tranny mounts as well as a Beatrush pitch stop and man oh man are they stiff. That's good since my motor probably would have ripped the stock mounts apart, but the increase in NVH more than a little considerable. Any semblance of luxury car feel is gone. I'd imagine that the Grp N mounts would be a lot softer, so they might be a happy medium.
Paul do you think I should get engine mounts? I'll have something comparable to a gt30 when all is said and done. The motor really flexes enough to warrant this upgrade?
-
so you really think these are worth it. Im rebuilding the engine might as well do it if it really gives it added stability.

So sick! Those headers sound amazing! The car rips so much harder up top now. It definitely lost a little bit of the boxer sound but the performance gains are worth it.
what headers did you go w/?

Your Perrin mufflers don't sit right either! Thats BS, I have the full Perrin Cat Back and the right muffler sits about an inch lower and sticks out 1/2 further than the left. And, once I put on the DP it made the whole things move back alittle bit and the right can is touching the bumper beam. Makes a really nice rattling noise at decel. So pissed. I'm gunna have to go to an exhaust shop and have them bend it to fit.
yeah i've tried everything... my solution, go faster so people dont notice as easily on the highway, and instead of laughing at my ghettotastic exhaust laugh at why that camry is blowing by them

^ ya im pretty sure you saw me and my misaligned perrin watermelon shooters.

10-4. i just redid mine, removed 3' of hose probably between the ewg and prodrive, what a difference, should have done that 6 months ago
whats that do?, mike is currently helping me tune out some quirks with my car as well.

i cleaned up the intake/inlet area tightened down a bunch of stuff got a new clutch in. IAM was pegged at .62 because i tinkered with my setup and by re-routing a coupe of crankcase lines and cleaning up the inlet(i originally didnt have a clamp on the compressor outlet) i skewed the amount of airflow it originally was tuned for.
prior tune i saw 305 tops on maf g/s, last night i saw 380 g/s . However i think the amount of fuel he adds, and other alterations change the amount the maf measures. It pulls good though .

hes around pm me
