  1. I have a tan one, if yours for some reason broke you can physically dismantle it and use mine with your back plate.
  2. wow another subaru enthusiast from hamden^^^ nice
  3. Anyone selling BLACK WAGON trunk pieces, I need the 3 floor panels, rear hatch panel and the side panels with the cubby door.
  4. Larger Switch https://www.dropbox.com/s/d0wb5l7ptpaw8ri/Switch%20Plate%20plastic%200.75x0.50%20%281%29.STL?dl=0 Smaller Switch https://www.dropbox.com/s/k4rjm8m862azu4a/Switch%20Plate%20plastic%200.54x0.36-2%20%281%29.STL?dl=0 If that doesn't work send me a PM and I'll email you the files
  5. I was able to download it, and opened it in solidworks just fine. I'm in the process of having it printing right now. If he made it in say a 2014 version of solidworks, you won't be able to open it in 2013 or later.
  6. Agreed, I'm going to try and download the file (which is free) once I'm at school and see about printing it. On another note, curious does anyone in here have access to a 3D scanner?
  7. I'm in the process of making a light bar for my OBXT and trying to find a place that's be best suited for two switches… And that would be a great oem location, I figure the middle bottom slot could be also used as well for a switch location? EDIT: When you say you tried to download it, do you mean you paid for the file/print and you were just given a print or you actually just received nothing?
  8. That gauge pod came out looking great! I'll add myself to the line of people that'd like a copy of the file, could pay if you like.
  9. As stated before ABP is 05-06 only. NBP is 07+.
  10. What are people using for primers to paint their 3D prints, I came across this stuff its $25 a bottle but seems to do a pretty good job.
  11. I believe it pops out and sprays windshield wiper fluid EDIT: I'm right + video
  12. Instead of starting a new thread, I guess I'll bump this one from the dead... I have an 07 OBXT, I'm interested in swapping 08 STI seats in. I currently have 08 LGT seats that work fine minus the airbag light which I'm told is on because the 07 OBXT air bag module doesn't communicate with the 08 LGT SRS in the seat. However I still have my 07 seats, so I'd be willing to take up the challenge of swapping around bases and such. Although I don't want to get half into this project to find out it won't work at all, so any input would be much obliged. To make it simple: Would 08 STI seats bolt in directly in my 07 OBXT, using the 4 bolts that hold them in. If not, how do I go about removing the base/rails of the seats. I've looked into doing this before when I swapping to 08 LGT seats but could not for the life of me figure out what bolts held in the black metal rails to the cushion part of the seat.
  13. I should add I have access to a uPrint 3-D Printer I believe 6 x 8 x 8 inch tray, along with a 40w Epilog Zing Laser Engraver 24 x 12 at my school.
  14. Yea I agree, thats why I enjoy using NX much more, yet it's too expensive for me as a student to buy. So I'm trying to teach myself how to do better surface modeling in solidworks since I do own a copy of it. A buddy managed to make an entire line of wheels in solidworks, I was rather blown away when he said it was all solidworks not NX. LINK
  15. subscribed Also curious what software you guys are using; I'm studying Industrial Design, I know solidworks but have trouble with surfaces and NX which I find surfacing easier in.
  16. Gnarlly! About how much overall clearance do you have with that setup?
  17. Anyone looking for '07 wagon Front and Rear tan door cards and perforated dual power heated seats, and any other tan interior pieces
  18. I have a full '07 Tan Wagon interior; D/P perforated heated power seats both, leather door cards, SI drive control, wiper/traction control panel, etc. I'm located in CT 06517, would love to have someone come pick it up over winter break or meet me part way. $440 negotiable I just want it gone
  19. Should I remove my tranny cooler for winter, I live Southern, CT and go skiing a lot in VT/NH… As it's been getting colder out, like a 40 degree mornings even after letting the car idle an warm up for five minutes it takes a bit for the fluid to warm up, so as a result it stays in 1st and 2nd longer than avg in auto and when it does shift it gives a noticeable jerk…
  20. Be Clear this is NOT MINE but I purchased seats from this fellow in NJ just 2 weeks ago and he was really helpful and knowledgable. If you need Black Wagon Seats + Door Cards he's selling em for only $325!!! http://www.ebay.com/itm/201014131227?ssPageName=STRK:MEBOFFX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1427.l2649
  21. I don't think this tan console would interest anyone (perhaps I should take assembled pictures?) so I'm willing to sell off the electronics from it. I am willing to dissect the harness apart to give each component the receiving end of the plug. LINK Aux Console Connection: SOLD Heated Seat Switch: $25 shipped Si Knob Switch: $40 shipped 12v cigar outlet: $10 shipped Console FREE to pick up w/o electronics
