I've stayed in plenty of hot places. And humid. Still need it cold to sleep. Sitting around is different. My in laws were in florida for years. They kept their house at 75. Couldn't sleep there. Same with family in Cali. If a hotel thermostat doesn't go below 70, I Google the programming hacks to change the limits lol

68 is doable in the summer. We've been trying to do 67-68 in the summer. Gets pricey. 72 is fine during the day.

I grew up in shitty hot humid ass summers in CT. I didnt have ac for the first 21 years of my life. Big ol box fan propped in the window. Maybe some cold washcloths.
