Planning my JDM headlight swap. In the meantime a main bulb burned out. I had 65W OSRAM which are discontinued. Went with their 55W Nightbreaker lasers which was closest they now make. I was very surprised at the difference. After a little searching i found a small outfit that produces a 65W H7 as a replacement for the original OSRAM in case anyone out there is interested. https://www.danielsternlighting.com/products/products.html I have before and after pics but getting a failure when trying to upload. (each is jpg, 2.4MB and 4000x3000 which seem to fall into the parameters) Help welcome.

Injector cleaning: a local outfit I found via a google search. I live in Portland, OR. More than happy to give you the name if your close. If you live in a city I imagine you have them to or you can send them off like mentioned previously. It was about $20/injector if memory serves. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Agree on the injector front. I have a similar build to yours and no need for more fuel at this power range. I second the injector cleaning. Pulled mine to get them cleaned. Improved flow 10-20% depending on the injector and improved spray pattern. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ok...good forcing function. Meant to do this when i got home Wednesday. Attaching pics and a summary. Like i said, max output didn't buy me much...basically +5-6% MAX HP gain and nothing on torque. Biggest gains are at the bottom and top end. Like i mentioned above, I had a K&N in the OEM airbox for the 'baseline' numbers. Also includes BNR 16G, GS TMIC, Cobb BOV, Cobb DP, Cobb fuel pump. Oh and an upgraded radiator.

I did get it retuned. I know top end was that big if a bump. Prob due to having a K&N filter in the OEM air box. Let me compare the dyno charts for what happened at mid-range.

Also installed the AVO rear sway reinforcements discussed on another build thread.

Finally got around to eliminating the DRL capability after another bulb burned out. Installed a GS Air Intake. I've read it doesn't do squat for perf...but the whoosh sound is a bit addicting i must say.
