^^this ^^and this. Nothing against strut tower braces, but spend the $$ elsewhere first--tint, bushings, brake pads, etc. -

Awesome write up!!! This is applicable to the 5th gen as well. The rear shock through bolts are still a bitch. Took me 6 hours to do this, by myself, no air tools. I'm happy Thanks man!!! -

I've used G2 on several cars, I really like it. Be careful though, the blue might not match your car. I prefer black or gray, especially for stock calipers -

I've had the dead pedal for probably 10 months now and every single rubber nub has fallen off. Fortunately I've also been able to find every single one in the foot well. I called pro-sport and they offered to send me a new pedal. However, much like the factory plastic dead pedal, I used spray on trim adhesive on the back. Not wanting to cut anymore carpet, I've been super-gluing the nubs back on as they fall off. It seems to do the trick, just make sure to scrape the old adhesive off with your finger nail or something before gluing it down. -

Thanks! Really easy too, and I don't consider myself good at detail work. I should have done this when I had the grill off to do the horns a long time ago. -

Looks good! I see you painted your calipers too, nice touch! I've been wanting to do that for awhile, but have been kinda lazy -
Yep, Akron. Been down here 4 years this month. I drive through Matthews every day.

I'm thinking the same thing, that the scotchloks were not getting a good connection. I'm going to attack this again on Saturday. First step will be to solder the two red/black wires together, then strip and twist together to the harness to make sure it works before I solder that. I had already tried switching the wires, thinking maybe the red/black might have been reversed in the manufacturing process--no luck. Thanks though. This really shouldn't bet this hard

Took a chance and stopped at a Pep-Boys...sure enough, they had them. Funny the regional differences in inventory at the various auto parts stores. Question on the actual install: Put in the LED's and scotchloks to combine red/black wires to one red, one black. Using another set of schtchloks to go from purple to purple and red, and black/silver to black/silver and black, from the passenger side heated switch wires. Nothing. What did I do wrong? (I tried splicing into the black/yellow as well and that didnt work either)

I asked for the part number that was in the picture that was in your write up at an O'Rielly's. They pulled up the exact part in your picture, and said it wasn't available anywhere in the country. But that they would try and order it for me. I also googled the part number and went to the Pilot website and couldn't find it. The inter-web > me

I tried to do this yesterday....but I cant find any LED's that would work. Pilot seems to have discontinued those lights--I was at 2 Auto Zones, 2 Advanced Autos, O'Rielly's, and NAPA. O'Rielly's is trying to order them, but they couldn't find them in-stock anywhere in the country. Radio Shack doesn't have anything in 12v. Where are you guys finding wired L.E.D.'s?? Everything I find is to plug into cigarette lighter.
