  1. Here she is with the new shoes.

    18x9 +40 Konig Torch

    BFGoodrich g-Force Sportcomp2 255/40-18

Need a little trim or roll in the rear and little pull and maybe some more camber in the front. Very minor rubbing, maybe 1/8" front and rear.

Overall 1.5" wider wheel and tire.....same weight as stock.

hmmm... the meaty tires make 18"s look actually viable on the 5th gens

  2. ahhh haven't been round' these parts in awhile but the day has finally come! looks good my friend. somehow the raised version of your car looks better due to fixing of the rear rake. plan accordingly when lowering your car again to avoid the rake.

as far as rolling your fenders, s2 hit it right on the nail. in my experiences, just end up rolling the fender lip towards the fender while simultaneously pulling the fender towards you. also use the heat gun. hair dryer wont be hot enough to make the fender malleable. anyways best of luck either. post more pics :)

  3. I've actually tried to look them up before I ordered Work. Couldn't find who made them back then.

They're cheap enough. Might get them to switch it up in the future.

here's an e-mail response i got from one of the reps (Tong):

    Ok, let me assist you.

What kind of car would these be for?

Our VRC-13's were never pre-made with 5x100 lug patterns. But we had blanks that are not drilled, milled, or finished that we used on previous 5x100 orders. They came in 8.5", 9.5", and 10.5". Unfortunately we're all out of the 9.5's and only have 8.5's and 10.5's left.

If you would like an 8.5" and 10.5" setup then we could do that? The cost is $1500 a set + CA tax + $150 a wheel to custom drill them to your lug pattern, mill the disk height to achieve your offsets, and finish them in a single stage powder coat color.

Let me know if this is something you're interested in.
