  1. The by pass valve in our cars, and someone correct me if I have this wrong, runs directly from the turbo outlet to the intake a few inches from the turbo.

Yes, the BPV is just above the turbo on the charge pipe. A 3" down pipe, or j-pipe, will deliver turbo spool effects and BPV recirc (tune reauired). Some have replaced the OEM charge pipe with an Rx Engineering one with actedmarket BPV (got one in basement ).

  2. I just installing replacement fogs on the WRX. They look to be 100% compatible with the 5th gen mounting.

The ones I picked out have a 90 degree horizontal coverage. The other choice is more to support road illumination up the road. I had gotten these at Subiespeed but they do not appear to be available anymore. Here they are at FT-86 factory http://www.ft86speedfactory.com/olm-vision-drl-led-fog-light-housings-1821.html

Additionally, these have LED strip above and below the fog that can be wired in to be on with the DRLs. I also installed the Laminex overlay to protect the glass. Subispeed has a few other options that you guys may want to look into.http://www.subispeed.com/2015-subaru-wrx/lighting

Did I read someone go one of their fogs busted up? If so, PM me as I have two OEM fogs.

  3. Spotted a blue 4th Gen, new looking Invidia catback. 8pm, I-95 eastern CT to about Exit 3 in RI. You were running with a white Nissan. I was in the new WRX, its a woose stock over my stage II 5 th Gen, so no playing around with you. Anyhow, you are one lucky dude for not getting pulled over. I tucked in the right lane, you blew by the rest area where the radar trap was. Cop pulled over the white Nissan ....

1997 OB, 1999 LGT, 2004 Legacy wagon, 07 Outback (still have), 2010 LGT (in cue for trade in), 2015 WRT Limited (arrived at port 10/30, en-route to dealer)

Unmarried AP from the LGT the other weekend. A very sad day. The 5th Gen area of the forum has been fantastic. I'll be around to see how the 5th Gen and owners press on.

  5. Stoptech Slotted Sport Rotors front and rear, $328.94.

Carbotech 1521 Pads front and rear, $271.

    Goodridge SS Brake Lines, $114.96.

    This is a great setup!

List approved! Some rotor options for consideration from recommended vendor KNS:

So blink options with slotted and function on Centric Premiums.

Pads - you will enjoy the performance of the Carbotec 1512s (bobcats). They cost a little more. If cost is a somewaht consideration, I'd pick Centric premium rotors and the 1512s over bling rotors and different pads.

  6. I have bilstein with rce black combo....

I've noticed that the wheel gap (top of tire to fender) in the front is more than back.

Back struts were left as is from RCE....did not alter height...didn't know how lol

    About 1 finger's worth...i know...very scientific.

    Car looks level though...

    Anyone experience this?

Or should I take it all apart and reassemble.
